About the Role
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Delhi. You will own features end-to-end — from crafting intuitive UIs to designing robust backend services and APIs — in a fast-moving product environment.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Delhi office.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications across frontend and backend
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices
- Work with product and design teams to translate requirements into shippable features
- Manage databases — schema design, query optimization, and migrations
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning
- Conduct code reviews and support junior developers
- Monitor, debug, and improve system performance and reliability
Requirements
Experience: 3–8 years of professional full-stack development experience
Frontend:
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
Backend:
- Proficiency in Node.js (Express / NestJS) or Python (FastAPI / Django)
- Strong understanding of REST API design principles
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB / Redis)
- Familiarity with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2)
DevOps & Tooling:
- Comfortable with Git, branching strategies, and PR workflows
- Basic experience with Docker and containerization
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms — AWS, GCP, or Azure (at least one)
Good to Have:
- Experience with GraphQL
- Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis Pub/Sub)
- Exposure to Kubernetes or container orchestration
- Prior work in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile
Pay: ₹382,000.00 - ₹1,650,000.00 per year
