**Job Summary**
ACE KPO Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a **Director of Business Operations** to lead daily operations, improve service delivery, and support business growth. This role suits a senior operations leader with experience in KPO, BPO, business support, process management, and team leadership.
**What You'll Do**
* Lead business operations, client support, and back\-office service delivery. * Improve workflows, reporting systems, productivity, and operational standards. * Manage teams, performance targets, schedules, budgets, and service quality. * Coordinate with clients, department leads, and senior stakeholders. * Monitor KPIs, risks, compliance, and operational improvement plans. * Prepare reports, forecasts, performance reviews, and business recommendations. * Resolve service issues, workflow delays, and client concerns.
**Requirements**
* Experience in business operations, KPO/BPO, service delivery, process improvement, or business administration. * Previous senior leadership or operations management experience preferred. * Strong knowledge of workflow management, reporting, client service, budgeting, and performance tracking. * Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organisational skills. * Ability to manage teams, deadlines, clients, budgets, and competing priorities. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, reporting tools, project management software, and business platforms.

Pay: £58,000\.00\-£102,000\.00 per year
