Job Summary
ACE KPO Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a Director of Business Operations to lead daily operations, improve service delivery, and support business growth. This role suits a senior operations leader with experience in KPO, BPO, business support, process management, and team leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead business operations, client support, and back-office service delivery.
- Improve workflows, reporting systems, productivity, and operational standards.
- Manage teams, performance targets, schedules, budgets, and service quality.
- Coordinate with clients, department leads, and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs, risks, compliance, and operational improvement plans.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, performance reviews, and business recommendations.
- Resolve service issues, workflow delays, and client concerns.
Requirements
- Experience in business operations, KPO/BPO, service delivery, process improvement, or business administration.
- Previous senior leadership or operations management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of workflow management, reporting, client service, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage teams, deadlines, clients, budgets, and competing priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, reporting tools, project management software, and business platforms.

Pay: £58,000.00-£102,000.00 per year
