**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead virtual service operations, client support workflows, and service delivery activities * Oversee remote teams, schedules, performance standards, and operational planning * Develop strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction * Coordinate with clients, service partners, internal teams, and senior stakeholders * Monitor budgets, service reports, workflow performance, risks, and improvement opportunities * Support staff development, training plans, and process improvement initiatives * Prepare senior\-level reports, recommendations, and operational updates
**What We Are Looking For**
Experience
* Strong experience in virtual services, business support, service delivery, client operations, remote team management, or digital administration * Previous senior management or department\-level leadership experience is preferred * Experience working with client\-facing service teams, online platforms, or remote operations is an advantage
Skills
* Virtual operations leadership * Service delivery and workflow management * Remote team leadership and staff development * Client and stakeholder relationship management * Budget monitoring and performance reporting * Strong communication, organisation, and decision\-making skills
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred * Professional certifications in operations management, service management, project management, remote team leadership, or digital business are an advantage
Pay: £68,000\.00\-£90,000\.00 per year
