We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Junior EUC Support Engineer to join our team. This will be a 3 Month contract with possible extension if needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced onsite and remote IT support, troubleshooting complex technical issues
Junior EUC Support Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line desktop and laptop support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist with printer, scanner, and peripheral support.
- Log, update, and resolve incidents via the service management tool.
- Perform basic user account administration.
- Conduct equipment setup, relocations, and asset verification.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years EUC/Desktop Support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking.
- Experience in a corporate IT support environment.
- CompTIA A+ and/or N+ advantageous.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Must be from Richards Bay or Surrounding
- Own Car Preferable
Pay: R17 000,00 per month
