We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior EUC Support Engineer to join our team. This will be a 3 Month contract with possible extension if needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced onsite and remote IT support, troubleshooting complex technical issues
Senior EUC Support Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Perform Windows OS deployments, upgrades, and patching.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets within Active Directory/Azure AD.
- Escalate complex incidents to relevant support teams and vendors.
- Maintain asset management and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customer IT and health & safety policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years EUC/Desktop Support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, VPNs, and basic networking.
- Experience supporting enterprise environments.
- Valid driver's license advantageous.
- Own Car Preferable
- Candidate should live in Richards Bay or Nearby Surrounding
- Relevant certifications preferred (A+, N+, Microsoft certifications).
Pay: R21 000,00 per month
