We're seeking a Senior Marketing \& Business Development Executive to play a key role in driving growth across a range of specialist sectors. This is a varied, hands\-on position offering real autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders while mentoring junior team members.
You'll lead the development and delivery of marketing and BD plans, manage budgets, support pitches and campaigns, coordinate events and thought leadership initiatives, and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and win new business.
**What we're looking for:**
3–5 years' Marketing \& BD experience within professional services (legal experience desirable) Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and managing marketing/BD plans Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills A creative, commercially focused mindset with a proactive approach Excellent communication skills and attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands\-on delivery and wants to make a real impact within a collaborative and ambitious team.
