3–5 years' Marketing & BD experience within professional services (legal experience desirable)
Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and managing marketing/BD plans
Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills
A creative, commercially focused mindset with a proactive approach
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
