Hiring AI Data Analyst

Doctor Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an AI Data Analyst who can work with management to understand their problems, analyse available data, and use modern AI tools to improve decision making, reporting, and daily work processes.
Key responsibilities
- Work with management and department heads to understand operational and business problems.
- Identify areas where AI tools, data analysis, automation, or digital systems can improve existing processes.
- Analyse available business data and interpret trends, patterns, gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
- Convert management requirements into structured AI workflows, analytical models, and effective prompts.
- Use modern AI tools for research, analysis, reporting, documentation, decision support, and process improvement.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, analytical summaries, and decision-support reports.
- Automate repetitive reporting and analytical activities wherever possible.
- Evaluate new AI tools and identify their practical use within the organisation.
- Understand existing departmental processes and suggest improvements using AI and technology.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to management.
- Maintain proper documentation of workflows, reports, analysis, and recommendations.
Required skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of modern Generative AI tools
- Ability to design structured prompts and AI assisted workflows
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar dashboarding tools will be preferred
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of statistics
- Ability to work with large, unstructured, and department-wise data
- Good report writing and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with management and department heads
- Ability to understand business processes and identify inefficiencies
- Willingness to learn and evaluate new AI tools continuously
Education
Preferred qualifications:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related fields
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Certification courses/Trainings done in AI related workshops.

Experience
1-4 years of relevant experience will be preferred. Interns are also encouraged to apply.
Salary: Depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and demonstrated capability.
