We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and manage our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, maintain optimal inventory levels, coordinate with warehouses and suppliers, and improve inventory processes to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations across warehouses and fulfillment centers.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory is maintained to meet business demands.
- Plan and execute inventory replenishment based on sales forecasts and demand.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and stock variances.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS/Excel systems.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for smooth inventory flow.
- Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques and warehouse processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of barcode systems and inventory tracking technologies.
- Experience managing multiple warehouses or distribution centers.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
