Responsibilities
As a core member of our outlet, you will be involved in both professional wellness care and day-to-day store operations:
- Client Care & Wellness Consultation:
- Provide professional womb care, meridian body treatments, and wellness therapies.
- Conduct health consultations, assess clients' conditions, and recommend suitable treatment plans or health products.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent follow-up service and care.
- Store Operations & Management:
- Oversee overall spa operations to ensure high standards of customer service are consistently maintained.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards, ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are thoroughly sanitized before and after every session.
- Guide clients smoothly through treatment procedures so they feel comfortable and informed.
- Perform other operational or administrative tasks assigned by management when needed.
Requirements
- No Experience Needed: Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply! Professional training will be provided. (Experience in health knowledge, meridian massage, or spa services is an added advantage).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin; basic proficiency in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good complexion, pleasant demeanor, strong communication skills, and genuine empathy for clients' needs.
- Work Attitude: Reliable, proactive, and passionate about service excellence.
Working Hours & Days Off
- Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Rest Days: 4 days off per month OR 8 days off per month (subject to roster/arrangement)
