We are seeking a highly organized and results\-driven **Operations Manager** with at least **3 years of experience in a training, learning and development, or educational services company**. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient delivery of training programs, manage administrative processes, and support business growth through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the training company. * Coordinate and monitor training schedules, trainers, venues, and resources. * Ensure smooth execution of training programs and maintain high service quality standards. * Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices. * Monitor budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation. * Lead and supervise administrative and support staff. * Coordinate with clients, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. * Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and accreditation requirements. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar operational leadership role within a training company, educational institution, or learning and development organization**. * Strong knowledge of training operations, scheduling, and program coordination. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in managing corporate training programs and training center operations. * Knowledge of quality assurance and accreditation standards in the training industry. * Project management certification or related professional qualifications is an advantage.
