**Designation:** Senior Software Engineer \- Salesforce**Experience:** 4\-6 Years**Education:** B.E/B.Tech**Location:** Bangalore **Roles \& Responsibilities:*** Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable jobs, and LWCs * Implement Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and custom configurations * Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations * Configure OmniChannel routing * Implement Digital Engagement features: Enhanced Chat, Messaging channels * Maintain Knowledge Management: publishing workflows, search optimization, Data Categories.
**Must Have Skills:**
* 4\+ years Salesforce development experience * Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows * Service Cloud: OmniChannel, Digital Engagement, Knowledge Management * API integrations (REST/SOAP) * Strong understanding of data models, governor limits, and security
**Preferred**:
* Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI), PDII is a plus * Good to have exposure to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
