Deine Aufgaben:

Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen (Vorbereitung, Kontierung und Buchung unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften)

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Einkauf und Lager bei Wareneingängen mit Preis- und Mengenabweichungen

Rücksprache und Klärung von Differenzen mit Lieferanten

Bearbeitung von Mahnungen

Überwachung und Einhaltung der Zahlungsfristen

Prüfen, Vorbereiten und Buchen von Kontoauszügen

Abstimmen der Banken

Unterstützung auch in anderen Finance-Bereichen
Dein Hintergrund:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen

Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
