About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative WordPress Web Designer / Creative Front-End Developer who specializes in Elementor Pro, advanced UI/UX, motion design, parallax interactions and premium digital experiences.
This is not a conventional WordPress development role.
The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming a static design concept into a high-end, interactive and visually immersive website using Elementor Pro, CSS, JavaScript and modern animation technologies.
You will work on premium websites across industries such as fashion, textiles, tailoring, uniforms, corporate brands, hospitality and premium retail.
The goal is to create websites that feel more like a digital showroom or interactive brand experience than a traditional business website.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Website Design
- Design and develop premium websites using WordPress + Elementor Pro.
- Convert Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD or visual concepts into pixel-accurate responsive websites.
- Create strong visual hierarchy, typography, spacing and premium UI systems.
- Develop creative landing pages and high-converting homepage experiences.
- Design desktop, tablet and mobile experiences independently.
2. Advanced Animation & Interaction
Create sophisticated web interactions including:
- Parallax scrolling
- Scroll-triggered animations
- Mouse-follow interactions
- 3D tilt effects
- Image reveal animations
- Text reveal animations
- Horizontal scrolling sections
- Sticky storytelling sections
- Pinning effects
- Scale/rotate/opacity transitions
- Image masking
- Clip-path animations
- Magnetic buttons
- Cursor interactions
- Hover-based image transitions
- Smooth page transitions
- Lottie animations
- Interactive product/fabric presentations
- Timeline-based animations
Experience with GSAP and ScrollTrigger is strongly preferred.
3. Creative “Gravity” / Physics Interactions
The candidate should be able to create experimental interactions such as:
- Floating fabric pieces
- Objects falling into position
- Interactive garment elements
- Physics-inspired product interactions
- Mouse-reactive objects
- Layered 3D/parallax compositions
- Interactive textile/fabric experiences
Knowledge of GSAP, Matter.js, Three.js or similar technologies is an advantage.

7. SEO-Friendly Development
Working knowledge of:

Experience with Elementor SEO workflows and plugins such as Rank Math or Yoast is preferred.

AI should be used to accelerate ideation, prototyping, coding and asset creation, not to replace design judgment.
Responsibilities Beyond Development
The candidate will also:
- Research creative website trends.
- Study premium fashion, luxury retail and agency websites.
- Create website interaction concepts.
- Build prototypes before production.
- Suggest improvements to UX.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams.
- Maintain existing WordPress websites.
- Troubleshoot Elementor/plugin conflicts.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Test websites across desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Continuously improve website performance.
Portfolio Requirements
Candidates MUST provide a portfolio.
Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate:
1. At least 3 Elementor websites.
2. At least 1 highly animated website.
3. At least 1 premium/luxury website.
4. Parallax/scroll animation examples.
5. Responsive mobile implementation.
6. Custom CSS/JavaScript work.
7. GSAP or equivalent animation experience.
A portfolio containing only standard corporate WordPress websites will not be sufficient.
Practical Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will be given a small design challenge.
Assignment
Create a premium tailoring homepage hero section using Elementor Pro.
Requirements:
