Responsibilities:
1. To lead the project team on project delivery within cost, time, quality and safety requirement with full professionalism.
2. To take lead on authority application & submission, design management, tender management, construction management and post construction activities
3. To ensure all the Design Development and Project Management protocols are followed by all project stakeholders.
4. To ensure company policies and procedures are being followed by team members.
5. To review and endorse project design related document.
6. To ensure project are executed according to operation manual and company standard.
7. To ensure company policies and procedures are being followed by team members.
8. To assist Project Director on project management system establishment in local context and improving work methodology.
9. To take lead and chair project progress meeting.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Good design knowledge and skills, specializing in industrial project and industrial township design.
3. Comprehensive knowledge and solid technical know-how on local and foreign design standards, code, and regulations.
4. Experience in Design Consultancy, Project Planning and Project Management Consultancy
5. Min 10 years of experience on Project Management/ Design Consulting Practice
6. Proactiveness and good work ethic
7. Team player, strong people management skills and leadership skills
8. Good working attitude and proactive
9. Responsible, decisive, strong level of self-motivation, initiatives, results oriented and strong sense of confidentiality
10. Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, MS office, Microsoft Project, and other Design Software
11. Willing to travel and be seconded to project site during construction stage
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
