**Your Responsibilities**
* Responsibility for product management in the areas of BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards) * Development and optimization of product strategies, taking into account current regulatory requirements and market trends * Close collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Audit, Sales, Marketing) and external stakeholders * Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify growth potential * Managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to market launch * Supporting sales through technical expertise and customer presentations * Ensuring compliance with international standards and continuously improving existing processes
**Ihr Profil**
**Your Profile**
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology, quality management, business administration, or a related field * Several years of professional experience in product management or in the field of food safety/quality management * In\-depth knowledge of the BRCGS standards * Analytical mindset and a structured, solution\-oriented approach to work * Strong communication and presentation skills * Experience working with international clients and on international projects is a plus * Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
