Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for product management in the areas of BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards)
- Development and optimization of product strategies, taking into account current regulatory requirements and market trends
- Close collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Audit, Sales, Marketing) and external stakeholders
- Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify growth potential
- Managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to market launch
- Supporting sales through technical expertise and customer presentations
- Ensuring compliance with international standards and continuously improving existing processes
Ihr Profil
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology, quality management, business administration, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in product management or in the field of food safety/quality management
- In-depth knowledge of the BRCGS standards
- Analytical mindset and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with international clients and on international projects is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
