Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counselor to manage student admissions for Dreamtime Learning in Malaysia. The candidate will engage with parents, understand their educational requirements, explain our programs, conduct follow-ups, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents.
- Counsel parents and students about Dreamtime Learning programs and offerings.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Manage the complete admission process from lead generation to enrollment.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a positive admission experience.
- Coordinate with the Academic, Operations, and Marketing teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in local education events, school/community activities, and promotional initiatives when required.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a Malaysian citizen OR currently residing in Selangor / Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- 3+ years of experience in admissions, education counseling, inside sales, EdTech, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Proven experience in handling parents/customers and achieving conversion targets.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-driven work.
- Good knowledge of CRM and basic computer applications.
- Confident, professional, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Preferred Experience
Candidates from EdTech, International Schools, K-12 Education, Training Institutes, Education Consulting, or Premium Customer Sales will be preferred.
