Oversees the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient departmental coordination, staff performance, and achievement of financial and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the hotel. * Supervise front office, housekeeping, food \& beverage, and maintenance departments. * Maintain high standards of guest service and resolve customer concerns. * Monitor budgets, occupancy, revenue, and operating expenses. * Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations. * Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy. * Prepare operational reports and implement continuous service improvements.
