What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Automation & Mechatronics Engineering (Postgraduate degree is an advantage).
  • Experience: 8+ years in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL (preferably in an international environment), with 3+ years specifically focused on solution design, automation, or process engineering project implementations.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel interstate or internationally on a project basis (approx. 20%).

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Exposure to automation, robotics or warehouse design projects.
  • Intercultural working experience or background in international contract logistics.
