As a Configuration Technician, you will be responsible for configuring new camera systems to meet DTiQ standards and ensure each system is fully configured, tested, and ready to be handed over to the customer. You will work closely with Project Managers and Field Technicians to troubleshoot issues, resolve configuration-related problems, and ensure smooth and successful deployment.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Configure new camera systems according to DTiQ standards, ensuring they are fully functional and ready for customer handoff.

Configure camera parameters and troubleshoot configuration-related issues as needed.

Work closely with Project Managers and Field Technicians to support installations and resolve issues when necessary.

Document installation details, configuration steps, and any issues clearly and accurately in the ticketing system.

Complete quality checks (QCs) to verify that systems meet DTiQ standards and are ready for customer handoff.

Ensure systems are configured in a timely manner, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and delivery.

Communicate and report any technical issues, installation problems, or process gaps to the Configuration Manager.

Collaborate with team members and assist teammates when needed to ensure team goals and deadlines are met.

Maintain effective daily management of assigned tickets and tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
Requirements:

Basic knowledge of PC hardware and computer components.

Basic knowledge of computer networking.

Knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

Communicative English skills, both written and spoken.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage daily tasks independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Nice to Have:
