In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of identifying, engaging, and inspiring top Marketing, Creative, Business and G&amp;A roles talent to join our mission.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>🧠&nbsp; You will...<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies for a unique mix of Marketing, Creative, Business and G&amp;A roles&nbsp;</li> <li>Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier talent across various Marketing, Creative, Business and G&amp;A roles&nbsp; using a mix of outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement</li> <li>Attend intake meetings to deeply understand each role’s requirements</li> <li>Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment and share calibrated recommendations with the hiring manager.</li> <li>Own the creation of market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide total addressable market (TAM) insights, inform sourcing strategies, and help prioritize pipeline efforts.</li> <li>Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and continuously iterate to improve candidate funnel performance.</li> <li>Balance speed and precision, reaching out to volume at scale without sacrificing personalization or quality of engagement.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>✅&nbsp; You have...<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor’s degree</li> <li>2+ years of sourcing experience with a focus on quality high-volume outbound support for Marketing, Creative, Business and G&amp;A roles.</li> <li>Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools.</li> <li>Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem&nbsp; and SeekOut).</li> <li>Fluent in Boolean logic and skilled in CRM re-engagement searches to unlock value from talent communities.</li> <li>Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and iterating on sourcing strategies as business needs evolve.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>⭐&nbsp; Exceptional candidates will have...<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>A data-driven approach that balances speed and precision in candidate engagement.</li> <li>A long-running Duolingo streak (bonus points 😄).</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><em>The offered salary is dependent upon several factors, including work experience, skills, and internal peer comparisons.
