YOTEL Kuala Lumpur City Center
YOTEL Kuala Lumpur, our first hotel in Malaysia, will be situated in the capital’s Central Business District. Featuring 300 rooms, the hotel will showcase YOTEL’s latest features including the brand’s signature robotic concierge, motorised SmartBeds™, and fully integrated technologies for which YOTEL is known.
Guests will have access to the brand’s multi-functional dining and co-working space – a 24-hour fitness centre, a Grab + Go snack station, and meeting hubs that can be used to network and relax. Guests, visitors of the hotel and locals will also have access to a rooftop pool and bar offering views of the city skyline.
About the role
You will be responsible for leading the hotel's operations on shift, making sure every guest enjoys a smooth, welcoming stay and that our Crew has the support they need to deliver great service. From handling guest queries and resolving issues on the spot to coordinating across front office, F&B, housekeeping and maintenance, you will be the go-to leader on duty and play an important role in keeping the hotel running safely and efficiently around the clock.
