**Job Description:**
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst. * Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, methods, tools, and techniques.
**Experience with:**
* Process modelling (BPMN 2\.0\) * Agile and Scrum methodologies * Stakeholder workshops and interviews * Current systems and program impact assessments * Collaboration with UX/CX specialists
**Proven ServiceNow implementation experience, ideally across:**
* Public Sector Digital Services * Customer Service Management (CSM) * Automation Engine * Human Centred Design (HCD) and/or Design Thinking experience preferred. * Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities. * Proactive in identifying and resolving blockers and issues. * Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate impacts to solution design, schedule, and budget. * Experience working with vendors and stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered as documented. * Demonstrates a solution\-focused mindset, adaptability, and flexibility in new ways of working.
Pay: From $120,000\.00 per year
