**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and execute **functional, system integration (SIT), regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** test cases. * Validate end\-to\-end **trade lifecycle**, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and post\-trade processing workflows. * Perform **SQL\-based data validation** to verify data accuracy and integrity. * Identify, log, track, and manage defects using **Jira**, ensuring timely resolution with development teams. * Support business users during **UAT** and ensure business requirements are successfully validated. * Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. * Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execution reports. * Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality assurance practices.
**Required Skills \& Experience**
* Strong experience in **Functional Testing** within **Clearing and Post\-Trade** environments. * Solid understanding of **trade processing, trade lifecycle, reconciliation, settlement, and post\-trade operations**. * Hands\-on experience with **System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and UAT support**. * Strong **SQL** skills for backend data validation and testing. * Experience using **Jira** and **Confluence** for defect tracking, documentation, and test management. * Strong understanding of **Agile** delivery methodologies and software testing best practices. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
**Preferred Skills**
* Experience with **Python** or **Java** scripting for test automation or data validation. * Experience working in regulated financial services or capital markets environments.
Pay: From $120,000\.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW
