Job Summary

Dynamic Lighting Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across the North East Region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the electrical industry, lighting industry, electrical products, channel sales, distributor management, dealer management, and regional sales.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing distributor and dealer networks, managing sales teams, expanding market presence, and driving business growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales operations across the North East Region.
Develop, appoint, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the distributor and dealer network.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and generate new business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, product movement, and customer feedback.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve regional business objectives.
Train, guide, and support sales team members for effective field execution.
Coordinate with Head Office and internal departments including Sales, Accounts, Operations, Logistics, and HR.
Ensure timely order collection, sales reporting, forecasting, and business planning.
Monitor distributor and dealer performance and take corrective action where required.
Ensure effective product promotion and visibility in the assigned market.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market reports, and performance updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant sales experience.
Experience in the electrical, lighting, electrical products, wires and cables, or allied electrical industry is preferred.
Experience in channel sales, distributor sales, dealer management, and regional sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of the North East market and local business network will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Ability to work independently and manage regional sales operations effectively.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
