Senior Technical Consultant |
Role Summary
As a Senior Technical Consultant , Candidate has to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions that enable digital transformation, process automation, and data-driven decision-making. Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical architects to gather requirements, define solution architecture, implement best practices, and ensure successful delivery of scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Power Platform Solution Design & Development
- Design and implement enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Develop both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps aligned with business requirements.
- Build scalable cloud automation workflows and integrations using Power Automate,Logic Apps, Data Flows, Azure Service Bus.
- Design secure and optimized Dataverse data models, business rules, and security frameworks.
- Create executive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture documents.
- Define integration strategies with Microsoft 365, Azure services, SharePoint, external systems.
- Establish governance, scalability, performance, and security best practices.
- Conduct technical design reviews and provide guidance to development teams.
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Manage solution packaging and deployments using Managed Solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Power Platform Build Tools.
- Configure and maintain Environment Variables and Connection References across environments.
- Configure Service Principles, Environments, Users, Security Roles, Security Teams, Azure Service Bus etc.
Governance & Security
- Implement Dataverse security models, security roles, teams, and field-level security.
- Support organizational governance through DLP policies, Managed Environments, and CoE best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, architects, and development teams.
- Provide technical estimations, risk assessments, and deployment planning.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and hypercare activities.
Performance Optimization & Support
- Troubleshoot Power Platform applications, integrations, and deployment issues.
- Optimize Power Apps performance through delegation, efficient data retrieval, and reusable components.
- Monitor and improve Power Automate flow performance, reliability, and error handling.
- Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.
