Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. Candidates must have prior experience with Injection Moulding as this is vital for the role. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures
- Ensure equipment and machinery are properly maintained with PPM
- Breakdown maintenance on machinery
- Manage maintenance budget and expenditures
- Reporting, Planning and Health and Safety compliance
Qualifications and Skills
- Tertiary qualification in electrical engineering or similar
- Strong leadership and communication skills with proven experience of managing a team
- Practical knowledge of maintenance on Injection Moulding machines
