About the role
Lisaaj India is hiring a full-time E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive for our office in Sikar, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should be confident with computers and able to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, product listings and digital marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Create, update and optimise product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and websites
- Manage product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory and catalogue accuracy
- Plan, run and monitor Facebook, Instagram and Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage social media content, promotions and digital marketing activities
- Run marketplace advertising campaigns and optimise them for better performance
- Track reach, leads, conversions and ad spend; prepare reports and suggest improvements
- Handle order-related back-office work and coordinate with the team
- Use MS Excel/Google Sheets for reports, inventory and data management
- Troubleshoot basic laptop, desktop, browser and software issues
Required skills
- Good practical knowledge of e-commerce listing and catalogue management
- Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising and campaign optimisation
- Strong computer skills and good working knowledge of laptops and PCs
- Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets and internet tools
- Good attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar marketplaces is preferred
