About the Role
Botanica Eco Naturals Ltd is a natural personal-care business focused on botanical soaps, fragrances, bath products, and environmentally conscious customer experiences.
We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Manager to manage daily online retail operations and support continued business growth. You will coordinate order fulfilment, inventory, website activity, customer service, and operational improvements.
This mid-level position is suitable for an organised professional with experience in e-commerce, retail operations, consumer products, or online fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce and order fulfilment operations
- Monitor inventory, product availability, and delivery performance
- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate product and operational information
- Track sales, service, and fulfilment performance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Support promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Prepare operational reports and provide management updates
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, fulfilment, or operations
- Experience coordinating suppliers, inventory, or online orders
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
