Marketing and Communications Associate

Job Summary:

The *Marketing and Communications Associate will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand's resonance and engaging diverse audiences through strategic marketing and communication initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility.
• Assist in creating engaging and persuasive materials for various platforms, including social media, website, blog, and marketing collateral.
• Craft compelling narratives that convey the company's values, mission, and offerings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and execute digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Support the management of the company's social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagements, and responding to comments.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows to showcase the company's products/services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and alignment across all communication channels.
• Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging communication tools and platforms.
• Help prepare and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Assist in measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing and communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to contribute innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and projects.
• Provide administrative support for marketing and communication projects, including coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing project documentation.
• And such other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any of its equivalent
• Fresh graduates are open to apply
• General knowledge in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Preferably proficient in graphic design
