Job Description
Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to develop and promote DELO industrial adhesive products for electronics and manufacturing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for DELO products.
- Identify and approach customers in electronics manufacturing, PCB/PCBA, EMS, automotive and industrial manufacturing.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable adhesive products.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
- Handle enquiries, RFQs, quotations, follow-ups and order closures.
- Coordinate product samples and customer trials with the technical team.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain customer and sales activity reports.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Sales / B2B Sales / Industrial Sales.
- Experience in adhesives, electronics, industrial products, automation or manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic technical understanding with willingness to learn product applications.
- Good follow-up and business development skills.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with experience in:
Industrial Adhesives | Electronics Manufacturing | PCB / PCBA | EMS | Electronic Components | Automation | Industrial Equipment
DELO experience is preferred but not mandatory.
