Job Summary
Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities and drive B2B sales in the SMT, OEM, and electronics manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing or industrial product sales, customer acquisition, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new customers in the SMT, OEM, electronics manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
- Promote SMT equipment, machinery, and engineering products to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and quotations to negotiation and order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and business development visits.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to support customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in SMT, OEM, electronics manufacturing, industrial machinery, or engineering products.
- Experience in new customer acquisition and end-to-end sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical products.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
