Project Coordinator & Faculty Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage faculty and academic projects.
* Plan and monitor schedules, tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
* Coordinate with faculty, academic teams, and other departments.
* Monitor class schedules, faculty availability, academic content, and assessments.
* Follow up with faculty and team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
* Manage faculty requirements, onboarding, communication, and day-to-day coordination.
* Monitor faculty performance and academic commitments.
* Maintain faculty records, project trackers, schedules, and reports.
* Identify operational or academic issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
* Support webinars, workshops, assessments, and other academic initiatives.
* Ensure smooth communication and coordination between faculty and internal teams.
* Handle multiple responsibilities and ensure projects and academic activities are completed on time.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science or a relevant Science subject is required.
* Experience in faculty management, project coordination, academic coordination, EdTech, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
* Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
* Good leadership and people-management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Strong attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities.
