Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, data-driven, and ambitious Education Marketing Analyst & Recruitment Manager Intern for a 6-month position.

This dual role combines digital marketing analytics with student recruitment management. You will play a crucial role in analyzing student lead data, optimizing marketing campaigns across digital channels, counseling prospective international students, managing university application pipelines, and building relationships with partner counseling networks.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Analytics & Strategy

• Campaign Tracking & Optimization: Analyze digital marketing performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and social channels to track Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Conversion Rates (CVR).
• Pipeline Analytics: Monitor student lead generation funnels from initial inquiry through university offer acceptance and visa approval.
• Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct research on overseas recruitment trends, tuition fee updates, post-study work visa policy shifts, and competitor benchmarking across key recruitment markets.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports for Director Mohammad Islam to inform strategic marketing budgets.

2. Student Recruitment & Admissions Management

• 360° Student Guidance: Advise prospective international applicants on course choices, entry requirements, tuition fees, and scholarship options across UK, US, Canadian, Australian, Irish, and German institutions.
• Admissions Application Handling: Manage application preparation, including academic transcript verification, Statement of Purpose (SOP) editing, and CV formatting prior to university portal submission.
• Visa & Compliance Desk: Assist students through CAS/I-20 requests, 28-day financial statement holding period checks, TB test requirements, and mock credibility interview prep.
• Partner & Associate Relations: Coordinate operational workflows with sub-agents, partner educational counselors, and international recruitment associates trading under globalfutureassociates.com.

RequirementsEssential Qualifications & Skills:

• Current undergraduate/postgraduate student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Analytics, International Business, Data Science, or Communications.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools, web analytics, social media algorithms, and CRM management.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Valid UK Right to Work authorization (e.g., UK Student Visa with 20 hours/week allowance, Graduate Visa, or Settled Status).

Desirable Traits:

• Prior experience or background in international student recruitment, university admissions, or educational agency operations.
• Multilingual skills suited for key international student recruitment regions.
• High attention to detail regarding UKVI, US F-1, and international student visa compliance.
