**Responsibilities**
* Proactively generate leads through social media management, online networking, and targeted outreach to potential education candidates and institutions * Manage candidate pipelines efficiently using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to track progress and maintain organized records * Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and educational standards * Build and nurture strong relationships with education professionals and institutional clients through consistent communication and personalized engagement * Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies * Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings, enhance employer branding, and attract diverse talent pools * Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems like Salesforce to streamline recruitment workflows and reporting
**Skills**
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate job opportunities clearly and persuasively * Proven experience in lead generation techniques within the education or human resources sectors * Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS systems for candidate tracking and data management * Strong relationship management capabilities to foster trust with candidates and clients alike * Knowledge of social media management tools for effective online outreach and branding efforts * Ability to navigate recruitment software like Salesforce for client engagement tracking * Understanding of the education sector’s staffing needs and compliance standards is a plus
