About the role
We're looking for a mid-level Product Designer who wants to own their work, not just deliver screens. You'll take products and features from the first question to developer handoff, and make sure they actually solve the problem.
The role is on-site in Poznań because the people you design for are here: [dispatchers, drivers, planners, warehouse teams – adjust].
UX at the core
This is a design role first:
-
Research first: interviews, on-site observation, usability tests and analytics, chosen to fit the problem.
-
Evidence over opinion: designs grounded in what users and data tell you.
-
The full experience: from flows and information architecture to polished high-fidelity UI in Figma.
-
Validate before it's built: test prototypes with real users and iterate.
What ownership means here
On top of the craft, you'll own the process:
-
You define the problem. Requests often start vague. You'll turn them into something clear and worth solving.
-
You chase the information you need. Knowledge is spread across operations, management, IT, developers and end users. You'll set up the conversations, follow up and push for decisions when things stall.
-
You keep people aligned. Priorities change. You'll keep everyone updated on where things stand and what's needed from them.
-
You run several projects at once, plan your own work and keep it moving.
If following up with people and connecting the dots between teams energises you, you'll fit in well.
Your responsibilities
-
Work with the board, stakeholders and key users to define business goals and design objectives
-
Plan and run research using the methods that fit each problem
-
Challenge assumptions and the status quo with evidence
-
Design solutions from concept to high-fidelity prototype
-
Hand off clearly to developers and stay involved during the build
-
Present findings and decisions in clear, data-driven presentations
What we're looking for
-
3–4 years in UX/UI or product design, with 2–3+ case studies that show your process
-
Experience leading design problems end to end
-
Proficiency in Figma and FigJam (Adobe CC is a plus)
-
Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, including following up and negotiating priorities
-
Clear, concise communication and strong presentation skills
-
High English proficiency (C1+)
-
A proactive, curious mindset, especially about new tech and AI in design
Nice to have: a degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, Computer Science or a related field; Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or other analytics tools; a graphic design background; experience with internal or B2B tools.
