To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimise workflows, capacity and efficiency across our semi-automated production operations.
This role requires full-time, on-site presence at our Nyon, Switzerland office. We're not able to offer remote or hybrid arrangements, so candidates should be prepared to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and optimise production workflows, layouts and material flow

Perform time studies, prepare Gantt charts, capacity planning and line balancing

Define labour standards, staffing models and productivity metrics

Lead Lean/continuous-improvement initiatives (ex. Kaizen, 5S, VSM)

Support factory layout, ergonomics and workstation design

Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor efficiency and cost

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and planning teams
Skills and Experience Required:

BSc/MSc in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical or systems engineering is mandatory

Minimum 4-5 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of Lean, time-and-motion studies and capacity planning

Analytical and data-driven with strong Excel and data-analysis skills

Experience with ERP systems and factory layout tools

Team player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts

Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German is a plus
