Maxicare Healthcare Corporation is looking for a high-performing Agency Unit Head (AUH) to build, mentor, and drive a sales team dedicated to making quality healthcare accessible across the Philippines.

What You Will Do?

• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and oversee Agency Unit Managers (AUMs) and Health Benefit Consultants (HBCs).
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Direct your unit’s daily activities to expand market reach, hit sales targets, and achieve business goals.
• Account Management: Oversee new client acquisition, ensure high-retention account renewals, and address escalations or special requests.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Maxicare teams to align client needs with service delivery.

What We Are Looking For?

Education: At least a secondary (high school) graduate. Age: 18 to 65 years old.

Experience:

• Sales and managerial experience across any industry (HMO, insurance, or financial services preferred).
• Demonstrated background in client relationship management and issue resolution.

Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional active listening, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Solid time-management and organizational skills.
