**About us**

We're a technology company focused on **Enterprise Delivery and Engineering**. We work and partner with global organisations to deliver **enterprise cloud solutions**, while our engineering teams design, build, operate, and manage **modern web applications, AI\-driven tools, and scalable cloud infrastructure** — for both our clients and our own platforms.

Led by **hands\-on, technically experienced founders**, we move quickly, make decisions efficiently, and value the impact of every individual contribution. **Since 2016**, we've built a strong track record and are now entering an **exciting phase of growth** — making this a great time to join the business.

**About the role**

We're looking for an accomplished Oracle Cloud ERP Consultant who combines **deep product expertise** with **strong leadership capability**. This role requires someone who is hands\-on, confident under pressure, and passionate about delivering high\-quality solutions — especially in complex transformation environments where **data is a critical success factor**.

You'll lead a team of talented consultants and work on large\-scale, complex programmes.

**What you'll do**

**Solution delivery \& expertise** — lead and support the team across ERP; serve as the primary SME for processes, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs; translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications; troubleshoot complex issues across functional and technical layers.

**Data migration leadership** — own the end\-to\-end data migration workstream, including mapping, transformation logic, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation; collaborate with business teams to define data standards, quality rules, and migration readiness criteria; work closely with technical teams to design and validate conversion programs, APIs, and integration touchpoints; lead mock runs, cutover activities, and post\-migration validation to ensure accuracy and completeness; identify data\-related risks early and drive mitigation strategies with confidence and clarity.

**Leadership \& team management** — lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; oversee workload distribution, prioritisation, and quality assurance; provide hands\-on support during critical phases, especially during data migration cycles and time\-pressured delivery windows.

**Stakeholder engagement** — build strong relationships with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams; communicate complex concepts — including data migration impacts — in a clear and structured way; manage expectations, risks, and dependencies.

**Quality \& performance** — champion best practices, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of delivery even in demanding, time\-sensitive situations.
