**Role \& responsibilities**
* Develop job\-role\-aligned training content, including curriculum outlines, detailed session plans, lesson plans, and daily training schedules. * Create and structure Faculty Guides, Learner Handbooks, SOPs, workbooks, reference materials, and training manuals. * Translate occupational standards, industry requirements, and workplace practices into clear, practical, and learner\-centric content. * Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content validation, accuracy, and industry relevance. * Design skill\-based activities, assignments, practice exercises, case studies, simulations, and on\-the\-job task sheets. * Develop trainer\-led presentation decks (PPTs) to support classroom and blended learning delivery. * Ensure alignment of content with NSQF, QP\-NOS, Sector Skill Council (SSC), and other regulatory or client\-specific requirements wherever applicable. * Maintain consistency in instructional approach, language, formatting, and quality across all learning materials. * Conduct content reviews and revisions based on stakeholder feedback and quality standards. * Deliver projects within agreed timelines while ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
**Preferred candidate profile**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, Technical Writing, Training \& Development, Management, or a related discipline. * 6\+ years of experience in content development, vocational training content, instructional design, or curriculum development. * Strong writing, editing, and content structuring skills. * Experience creating Faculty Guides, Learner Guides, Training Manuals, and Assessment Materials. * Understanding of NSQF, QP\-NOS frameworks, Sector Skill Council standards, and skill development ecosystems is preferred. * Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders across multiple domains. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. * Strong attention to detail, project management, and deadline management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
