About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve product usability.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Develop interactive prototypes and present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual elements.
- Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure accurate design execution.
- Incorporate feedback and continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of UI design, UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Experience creating:
- Wireframes
- User flows
- Prototypes
- Mockups
- High-fidelity designs
- Design systems
- Good understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
- Strong visual design and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX projects is required.
Good to Have
- Experience designing SaaS, web applications, dashboards, or mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are translated into development.
- Experience with design handoff and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies.

Education
