Job Title: Asst. Logistics Manager

Job Description:
As a Logistics Manager at Eisco, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods
and materials through our supply chain. Based in our 3 acre, cutting-edge manufacturing facility, you
will be responsible for managing and enhancing our logistics processes, driving efficiency, and
delivering top-notch service to our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a logistics

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of logistics and supply chain management, including transportation,
warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and
improve delivery times.
- Manage and coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-
effective transportation of goods.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess logistics performance and
identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and
continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to logistics and
transportation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and customer
service, to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (Master's
degree preferred).
- Proven experience in logistics management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems. Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD, PMP) a plus.
