Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Electrical Engineer for our Distribution Transformer Manufacturing Unit.
The candidate should have practical experience in the Distribution Transformer Industry and should be capable of handling technical, production, testing, quality, and design-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Distribution Transformer manufacturing and production activities.
Knowledge of HV/LV winding and transformer assembly.
Handle transformer testing and quality control activities.
Knowledge of transformer testing such as IR, Turns Ratio, Winding Resistance, No Load Loss, Load Loss, etc.
Ensure production quality as per required standards and specifications.
Assist in transformer design and technical problem-solving.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Coordinate with production staff and ensure timely completion of work.
Knowledge of BIS/IS standards related to Distribution Transformers will be preferred.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Distribution Transformer Manufacturing Industry.
Good knowledge of Production, Testing, Quality Control and Transformer Design.
Candidate should be responsible, technically sound and capable of handling work independently.
Salary: ₹30000 per month onwards (Negotiable as per experience and skills).
