**Job Title: General Manager – Human Resources (Real Estate)**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. * Lead end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition. * Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. * Oversee HR policies, compliance, payroll coordination, and statutory requirements. * Manage training, leadership development, and succession planning. * Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters. * Build and maintain a positive, high\-performance work culture. * Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce planning for management.
**Requirements:**
* MBA/PGDM in HR. * 10–15\+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry. * Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. * Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹170,000\.00 per month
