What are we looking for?
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical industry (2\+ years)
* Knowledge of current electrical systems, codes, regulations, and best practices
\- Excellent organizational and time management skills\- Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
* Review project specifications, drawings, and estimates
* Manage submittals and change orders
* Source and manage subcontractors
* Coordinate with General Contractor to understand project objectives, deliverables, and expectations
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring and equipment * Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations
* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
* Maintain Schedule of Values
