We are seeking to recruit an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Personal Lines Underwriting team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service across all channels, including face-to-face, email, and telephone interactions.

Provide clear, tailored advice to customers on personal lines insurance products and services, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met.

Process insurance quotations, policies and renewals efficiently while maintaining service quality.

Liaise confidently with third parties/intermediaries to provide support and resolve issues.

Ensure accurate handling and secure maintenance of customer documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements.

Provide guidance to junior team members and take initiative to resolve client concerns.

Ensure full compliance with market conduct rules, risk management policies, and internal procedures.
What we're looking for:

At least two years’ experience within the insurance industry.

Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and integrity.

Confident in dealing with a wide range of customer profiles and situations.

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Clear and professional communication skills in both English and Maltese.

Willing to bring a team playing mentality to strengthen the growing portfolio.
