Your mission
Role Overview
You report directly to the Finance Manager and are the second member of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording sales, purchase and bank transactions in the ERP (Entersoft) in line with Greek Accounting Standards (ΕΛΠ)
- Client invoicing and credit control (monitoring collections and outstanding balances)
- Monthly bank, customer and supplier reconciliations
- Preparing data for VAT returns, EC sales lists, withholding taxes and other periodic filings, in cooperation with the external accountant
- Managing supplier payments, filing payment receipts and maintaining the digital archive
- Supporting month-end and year-end close
- Client communication and accounting follow-up of all client cases
- Office management (facilities, supplies, coordination with external vendors)
- Contributing to the improvement and automation of finance processes
Your profile
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a company finance department or accounting firm, working with double-entry books
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards, VAT and myDATA
- Experience with Entersoft and strong Excel skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, reliable with deadlines and discreet with confidential information
