As an AI Engineer / Data Scientist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced AI-powered matching services that connect individuals with job opportunities, training programs, and career development pathways.
Your Responsibilities

Design, develop, and continuously improve AI-powered matching and recommendation engines.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.

Implement semantic search and advanced indexing capabilities with Azure AI Search.

Develop matching, scoring, ranking, reranking, and recommendation algorithms.

Create intelligent services supporting:

Job recommendations

Training recommendations

Career path suggestions

Candidate profile quality and completeness assessments

Deploy and manage AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, including:

Microsoft Azure

Docker-based environments

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines while ensuring security, governance, monitoring, and compliance standards.

Expose AI capabilities through APIs and integrations with business applications.

Evaluate model performance and recommendation quality through testing and validation activities.

Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to drive solution success.

Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Contribute to the long-term evolution of the platform and modernization of existing systems.
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role.
