AI Product & Transformation Lead

We are looking for an experienced AI Product & Transformation Lead to drive strategic AI and technology initiatives within a highly data-driven and innovation-focused investment environment.

Location: Must be on-site at least 3 days per week. We will only consider Stockholm-based candidates

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product leadership with transformation experience and a solid understanding of modern AI technologies. You will work at the intersection of business, technology and change management, partnering with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and engineering teams to identify opportunities, define solutions and ensure successful adoption.

The assignment focuses on rethinking and redesigning business workflows through AI, helping move from traditional processes to AI-enabled ways of working across research, analysis, decision-making and value creation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI and technology initiatives from idea through validation, delivery, launch and adoption.

• Drive transformation efforts and support business stakeholders in adopting new AI-enabled ways of working.

• Define business problems, user journeys, success metrics and product requirements.

• Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable solutions.

• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ranging from early-stage experimentation to enterprise-wide rollouts.

• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, data, security, legal and compliance functions.

• Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions and support integration of third-party platforms and services.

• Ensure AI solutions operate within security, governance and regulatory requirements.

• Present recommendations, progress updates and business cases to senior leadership and decision makers.

• Act as the bridge between business needs, technical capabilities and emerging AI opportunities.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience within Product Management, Transformation, Program Management or a similar leadership role.

• Proven track record of driving business transformation and organizational change in complex environments.

• Experience delivering technology products and digital solutions into production.

• Exposure to AI-driven products, LLM solutions, agentic workflows or automation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of AI tooling and the ability to evaluate, prototype and validate solutions independently.

• Experience managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Understanding of security, compliance, governance and data protection considerations related to AI solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior business leadership.

Preferred Experience

• Experience from private equity, asset management, financial services or other investment-focused organisations.

• Understanding of investment processes, research workflows, portfolio management or value creation activities.

• Experience working with AI agents, tool integrations, MCP frameworks or similar technologies.

• Ability to read and understand code and participate in technical discussions.

• Experience evaluating and integrating third-party SaaS and AI platforms.

• Experience contributing to solution architecture alongside engineering teams.

• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.

• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
