We're looking for an API Integration & Support Engineer to help accelerate the adoption of our client's API products across Corporate and Institutional clients, among others. The ideal candidate will work with internal teams to deliver first-class technical support during API onboarding and integration.
Your responsibilities

Customer API integration support: Guide clients through onboarding and integration, act as the main technical contact on APIs, explain API capabilities, and support testing phases.

Technical consulting and troubleshooting: Analyse integration issues, review API requests and responses, and recommend improvements.

Product and sales support: Support the sales teams during pre-sales discussions and demonstrate API capabilities to clients.

Project coordination: Track onboarding projects and manage dependencies and communication with stakeholders.

Documentation and knowledge management: Maintain API documentation and build troubleshooting guides.
Your profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

Technical skills: Good knowledge of REST APIs and API testing tools, plus programming experience (Python, Java, etc.).

Soft skills: Excellent customer-facing communication, rigorous organisation and attention to detail.

Languages: Fluent English is essential. French is an asset.

Location: Candidates must be based in Luxembourg or the Greater Region. Full remote and nearshore are not considered.

Contract: 6-month freelance (T&M) assignment, starting at 2 days per week on average.

Outlook: A permanent role may be considered at the end of the assignment, with no commitment at this stage.

Relocation: A freelancer based abroad (e.g. Poland) can only be considered if they plan to relocate to Luxembourg or the Greater Region later.
