We are looking for a Delivery Assurance Support Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that project initiatives within the organization are effectively managed, adhering to governance standards while promoting continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:

Deliver independent assurance across various projects and programs.

Facilitate lessons learned and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Identify and arrange training sessions for individuals presenting at Delivery Assurance forums.

Coach project managers and work closely with in-line PMOs.

Own the lifecycle waiver review process and track remediation actions.

Contribute updates from Delivery Assurance to PMO and executive reporting.
Key Requirements:
-
Experience in project or program assurance.

Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards.
Nice to Have:
-
Experience in financial services.
-
Knowledge of Planview and Power BI or equivalent tools.
